This hard anodized aluminum pan may be used on gas, solid hob, ceramic and halogen stoves. Using Thermo Lon non stick mineral coating our pans are produced without any PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid), PTFE (polytetraflourethylene), or silicone oil. In this way, there is no danger that these chemicals will come into the environment and harm the health of human beings. Moreover, our non stick surface is applied at lower temperatures than normal PTFE non stick coating. Consequently significantly less energy is needed to apply the surface thereby reducing emission of carbon dioxide by 60-Percent.
